Artists Johan Forsman
has studied literature and philosophy. Johan’s work often exists in the
borderlands between dance, installation and performance art. This is
especially true in pieces such as Insulinom, Småland, ZOO, Black
spaghetti and S-men. Johan has performed in dance pieces in Berlin,
Amsterdam and Copenhagen. In 2009 Johan worked as artistic advisor at
SNDO (Hoogeschool des Kunstens in Amsterdam) and he is the project
manager for the MER-program at the 2010 Gothenburg Dance and Theatre
Festival. He is part of Johan&Johan produktion. For more

graduated as a set designer from Dramatiska Institutet and has been
active as a director and lighting designer for the past 15 years.
Through his work with Insulinom, ZOO and Hamlet he has created an
interactive and suggestive theatre form. Johan has also designed sets
for about 40 productions, both at major theatres and independent
companies. To name a few recent ones, Moderna Dansteatern, Lotta Melin,
Eva Ingemarsson, VARIA and a collaboration with the Gothenburg Opera
Ballet. During the 90s Johan ran UngaStudion, a venue for new writing,
with Peter Zell, he also worked for several years with “the Theatre
Bar”. Johan is part of Johan&Johan Produktion. Staff Louise Waite works as producer at aktör&vänner since the autumn of 2011. |
